1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SnapTogether website (snaptogether.co.il) and event camera service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description and Legal Basis for Processing

SnapTogether provides an AR event camera and shared photo gallery service. Event organizers order our service for their events. Guests at the event use the SnapTogether camera to capture photos and videos with custom frames and filters. All captured media is displayed in a shared gallery accessible to all event guests. The legal basis for processing personal data (such as photos) is the explicit consent given by the users when operating the camera, as well as the necessity for performance of providing the service ordered by the event organizer.

3. Orders & Payment

When you submit an order request through our website, it constitutes a request to purchase our service for your event. We will contact you to confirm details and process payment. Payment terms and pricing will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

After the event has taken place, no refund will be issued as the service has already been fully provided.

5. User-Generated Content and Image License

When you use the SnapTogether camera, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and make available your photos and videos within the event gallery for the duration of the retention period (90 days by default). We will not use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent. Furthermore, it is hereby clarified that for event owners and organizers — it is the organizer's sole responsibility to obtain the necessary consent from each guest before photographing them or distributing their photos in the shared event gallery.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use the service to harass, harm, or infringe on the privacy of other guests.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend access for users who violate these rules.

7. Media Retention & Deletion

All photos and videos are stored for a maximum of 3 months (90 days) from the event date and then automatically deleted. Extended storage is available for an additional monthly fee. The event owner may delete individual photos at any time. Guests may request deletion of their own photos by contacting us.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for service disruptions due to internet connectivity issues, device compatibility, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, SnapTogether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of photos or videos due to technical failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
