• Photos & videos: Media captured by event guests using the SnapTogether camera. This media is shared in the event's public gallery.
• Technical information: Browser type, device type, IP address, and basic usage data collected automatically for service operation and security.
• Cookies: Essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies (see Section 7).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the SnapTogether event camera and gallery service.
• Processing your order requests and communicating with you about your event.
• Displaying photos and videos in the shared event gallery accessible to all event guests.
• Improving our service, fixing bugs, and ensuring security.
• Sending you service-related communications (e.g., order confirmations). We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

We retain your data for the following periods:

• Photos & videos: Stored for a maximum of 3 months (90 days) from the event date. After this period, all media is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. Extended storage is available upon request for an additional monthly fee.
• Order/contact details: Retained for up to 3 years for business records and legal compliance, then deleted.
• Technical logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Cloud storage providers: We use Google Cloud Storage to securely store event media.
• Legal authorities: If required by Israeli law or a valid court order.
